WebMay 18, 2016 · Open the Workshop menu and choose the Supply Line command in the bottom of the screen. This opens up a list of all available settlements you can establish supply lines with. To cancel a supply line you will have to wait for the assigned settler to come to one of the settlements (just sleep in a bed).
