WebIt seems a stealth bomber needs to fit rockets or bombs (or blasters!?) to deal adequate damage to an exploration frigate. Doing this does not take advantage of the SB bonuses (besides 0s targeting delay). But, stealth bombers are awesome looking and fun to fly.
