WebBlizzard very specifically banned modifying friendly nameplates in instances. it's not happening. you can't attach a weakaura to a friendly nameplate because there's nothing in the Blizzard API allowing you to do so. if you want to see the crazy sorta things people did in 7.1 with nameplates you can YouTube some of the fights. it was a bit much.
