My guess is that Cisco's "speed 1000" is the equivalent of MikroTiks "auto-negotiation=yes advertise=1000M-full", because it works fine. The "/interface ethernet set ... speed" parameter is used only when auto-negotiation is disabled. WebI'm mainly using my PC to test this connection since it has Ethernet, and when I plug it in, it says I'm getting 1000/1000 link speed, and via Wi-fi I'm getting 450/450.
